Job Description
At the Hospital of La Tour, the physiotherapy department relies on a team of over 45 physiotherapists and is accredited by Swiss Olympic Medical. It is based on clinical expertise hubs, a strong culture of evidence-based practice, and an active commitment to research and knowledge sharing, all serving clinical excellence and continuous development, which are integral parts of our identity. As part of the development of our technique, we are recruiting a 75% Physiotherapist oriented toward motion. This activity covers a wide range of care within the department, including general care (children of all ages), chronic neuromuscular, and orthopedic issues (notably for scoliosis). This position will be exercised within a specialized, structured team committed to quality, science, and interactivity. The remainder of the activity rate integrates into other clinical axes of the department, depending on the profile and skills of the clinical mission.Clinical mission:- Evaluate the functional, motor, and developmental capacities of children using validated clinical tools, taking into account age, context, and living conditions.- Design and implement physiotherapy programs adapted to different age groups and the specifics of care (acute, chronic, orthopedic, and neurological).- Support children and their families in functional capacities, autonomy, and daily life activities.- Ensure a dedicated and integrated approach to general or specialized physiotherapy in another area, adhering to the clinical standards of the department.Teamwork and expertise:- Actively participate in the functioning of the hub, clinical exchanges, case discussions, and meetings within the service.- Collaborate closely with other professionals in the department, with physicians and hospital teams, in a structured interdisciplinary approach.Science and development:- Get involved in scientific monitoring and evidence-based data in clinical practice.- Participate in reflections on the evolution of care, tools, and protocols.- Contribute to research projects and service initiatives according to your profile and interests.We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:- Swiss X diploma or X diploma from the Swiss Red Cross.- Confirmed clinical and/or specific experience in physiotherapy for the management of children in a specialized context.- Sensitivity to scientific approaches and clinical reflection.- Enjoyment of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and structured environments.- Curious, committed, autonomous, and proactive mindset.- Excellent communication skills with children and their surroundings.We offer you:- Permanent contract (CDI).- Activity rate: 75% (approximately 45% of full-time dedicated to clinical duties; to be determined, flexible schedule possible over 3, 4, or 5 days).- A specialized, stimulating, and recognized work environment.- A structure promoting skill development and access to continuous education, clinical research, and therapeutic training. jide9e39c4aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
