Peatlands Programme Assistant Project Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Project Officer to support the delivery of peatland restoration and paludiculture projects across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and North Merseyside.

Lancashire Wildlife Trust is a leader in lowland raised peatland restoration and alternative land management. The Assistant Project Officer will work alongside experienced team members to support project delivery.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop a career in peatland restoration and management, including habitat restoration skills, project design, survey work, and collaboration with partners, landowners, and volunteers.
