Role Responsibilities

• Drive elite rehab & injury prevention for our PDP and loan players
• Deliver elite injury management and tailored rehabilitation services to players in the Professional Development Phase and selected loan players across multiple clubs, focusing on gym and pitch-based rehab
• Implement and monitor injury prevention strategies using data-driven approaches to minimize injury risk and enhance player longevity
• Maintain regular contact with loan players to monitor progress and foster key relationships

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record in athlete rehabilitation within an elite professional sport environment
• Strong understanding of scientific principles related to strength, conditioning, and physical performance
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
