Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £31,000 plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and uncapped Time Saved Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5 pm, Saturday on rota basis

Role Summary

We are recruiting for a PDI Technician to join the Colchester Land Rover workshop. Working alongside experienced technicians, you will carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections on new and used vehicles, prepare, service, and repair used cars to approved standards. You will report to the Aftersales Manager, receive ongoing support, and have opportunities for career progression and training, including manufacturer accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections on new and used vehicles and diagnosis.
• Use technical knowledge and skills to enable efficient, economic, and safe servicing and repair of vehicles.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Complete repair and service records and other relevant activities.
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
