Praxis Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Worker in Lisburn to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred support for individuals with complex needs. The role involves implementing PBS programmes, collaboration with MDTs and clinical staff, and ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions.

We offer flexibility with full-time, part-time and relief patterns. A 39-hour FTE baseline is stated, with pro rata adjustments per contracted hours.
