Payroll Team Lead - Hybrid Role, Career Growth & Benefits

Cygnet Health Care Limited in Kings Hill, West Malling, is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to join our payroll team. The role is full time (37.5 hours) with a hybrid pattern of two days per week on-site at Kings Hill.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll, manage a small team, ensure HMRC compliance, and support system improvements across multiple acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication to support on-site teams and stakeholders.
