Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external audits across EMEA
  • Manage end to end payroll processes for assigned EMEA payrolls in coordination with the outsourced provider
  • Deliver payroll and accounting month end procedures
  • Answer complex payroll queries in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Support HR in resolving payroll related issues
  • Enter required information from the HRIS system and email instructions accurately and on time
  • Ensure completion of statutory returns and other statutory reporting requirements
  • Handle all payroll related queries directly and confidently
  • Maintain information in compliance with legal and company retention and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of company and legislative requirements within the area of responsibility, and advise colleagues on any resulting changes or improvements
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an EMEA payroll environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe
  • Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Beneficial Skills

Working arrangement

We work in a hybrid manner. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection. Some positions are fully office based or may be remote depending on the nature of the work.
