You'll manage payroll operations for over 500 employees in close collaboration with the social secretariat, HR team, and field staff. With your in-depth knowledge of social legislation, you'll turn complex rules into smooth and efficient practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees, in partnership with the social secretariat
• Handle all payroll-related administration and reporting
• Monitor changes in labor law and integrate them into internal processes
• Perform collective analyses and help implement necessary adjustments
• Contribute to digitalization and process improvements

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in payroll management
• Excellent knowledge of Belgian social legislation
• Professional fluency in both Dutch and French
• Autonomous, precise, and solution-oriented
