A leading global organisation based in the Belfst Area are recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join their team on an initial temporary contract with a view to going permanent.

• £30,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience

Client

A leading global organisation is currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join their team based in the Belfast area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company.

Responsibilities

• Process all UK / ROI payrolls in-house
• Liaise with Bureaus / Accountants / Finance for International payrolls
• Create & Maintain Staff records on payroll systems
• Generate reports from TMS to use for processing UK / ROI payments
• Transfer payments - via BACS or bank transfer
• Issue pay statements & other documents - P.45 / P.60 etc
• Payrolling BIK - Benefits in Kind - through UK payroll. Submit HMRC return.
• Assess all staff for Auto-Enrollment pension scheme purposes, following each Payroll
• Maintain HMRC statutory payment records
• Deal with any employee queries
• Produce various reports for management as required

The Ideal Person

• Educated to GCSE Level or Equivalent standard
• 3 years' experience in Payroll - UK / ROI
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
