Compensation
- $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and ability to hit the ground running
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing weekly payroll for several thousand employees
- Managing payroll liabilities, adjustments, and union dues
- Administering multi-state and union-compliant payroll practices
- Generating reports, W-2s, and compliance data for audits and agencies
- Responding to payroll inquiries and supporting employment verifications
- Assisting with new hire onboarding/reporting from a payroll perspective
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all payroll records
What You'll Need to be Considered
- At least 2 years experience handling high-volume, multi-state payroll operations
- Exposure to union payroll practices and associated reporting
- Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
- Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating payroll data
