Payroll Specialist

Management of salaries, and control of payslips, year-end salaries, and annual social insurance and salary documents. Follow-up of personnel files throughout the lifecycle of our clients, including the establishment of work contracts, amendments, and various documents. Management of social insurance, withholding taxes, and social insurance (AVS, LPP, etc.), accident/illness, family requests, and military APG requests, main point of contact for HR issues (specific labor law cases) and social insurance for our clients. Varied tasks involving research and responses tailored to the specificities of each client and managing with our colleagues in Lebanon.On your side, you have the following profile: A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management within an HR department. Experience as an assistant in personnel management (a plus). French language skills with good knowledge of English would be an advantage (spoken and written).
