We're Hiring: HR Specialist (Payroll & Benefits)


Start Date: October 1st, 2025

Duration: 6 months


About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support end-to-end payroll and benefits operations for Belgian-based teams within an international organization. This is a dynamic role where you'll be responsible for both operational tasks and strategic advisory in a fast-paced HR environment.


Key Responsibilities


Process monthly payroll in eBlox and Workday in collaboration with our payroll partners

Manage expatriate payroll alongside external tax advisors

Ensure timely delivery of social documents (DRS, C4, etc.)

Advise employees on payroll, benefits, and social law matters

Stay up-to-date on Belgian employment law and provide guidance on legal changes

Participate in HR projects like early retirement and social consultation support

Conduct peer-review checks (4-eyes principle) to ensure payroll accuracy


Your Profile


10+ years of experience in payroll operations or payroll consulting

️ Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation, especially CP200

️ Expert user of eBlox - mandatory

️ Working knowledge of Workday - a plus

️ Native in French or Dutch, with good command of the other

️ Fluent in English

️ Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive

️ High integrity and strong communication skills
