Payroll Lead functional consultant/architect

Payroll Lead functional consultant/architect to work on Discovery phase of a payroll migration programme as workstream lead of payroll workstream.

Essential Skills:
SAP HCM Payroll S/4 and/or ECC SAP HCM Payroll configuration expert

Initial Responsibilities:
- Analyse client& business requirements and determine impact on existing scope for payroll in an existing ROM
-Work in collaboration with Data Lead to assess migration tools from Epi-Use and Spinifex and make recommendations to client
-In collaboration with colleagues, update existing ROM, revising scope, plan and estimated costs for payroll area based on findings from discovery activities
-Support engagement manager in production SOW for next (Foundation) phase, specifically in area scope, plan and resource profile for payroll
-Maintain workstream plan for all activities for migration tooling assessment/recommendation and business requirement impact assessment
-Identify and manage risks and issues in areas pf responsibility and there mitigations and resolutions
- Produce weekly status reports covering areas of responsibility
