We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our thriving team based in London. Language Matters has been delivering language recruitment excellence across a broad range of disciplines and industries for 33 years. We recruit multilingual professionals from junior to executive level in a range of different industries across Europe. We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the admin team to run the weekly and monthly payrolls for our external temporary employees. This is a full time position and we have a flexible working plan whereby you will be able to work from home 2 or 3 days per week.

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to: running the weekly and monthly payroll for our two brands in London, creating and submitting invoices to clients, adding new starters and checking accurately the paperwork and contact details, dealing with general enquiries from candidates including holiday/sick requests.

Ideally the Payroll Administrator will have experience in running an internal or external payroll process. The Payroll Administrator does not specifically need recruitment industry knowledge, nor speak a language, however this could be beneficial.

Profile:

  • Fluency in English
  • Payroll and accounts experience
