An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll & Rewards Administrator to join a busy and collaborative people function. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, you will support the smooth delivery of payroll, benefits, and reward processes, ensuring a high standard of service and accuracy. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and validate monthly payroll processing, ensuring all employee changes are accurately captured and submitted to external payroll providers within agreed deadlines.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, including pensions, private medical insurance, flexible benefits, and employee lifecycle changes (joiners, leavers, and amendments).
- Reconcile payroll and benefits data, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with Finance and third-party providers to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries, delivering a responsive and professional service to employees and stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of payroll, reward, and people processes through data management, reporting, auditing, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Previous experience in payroll and benefits administration, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
- Strong Excel and systems skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
