Payroll & Pensions Transformation Lead

Harris Federation is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll and pensions services across more than 5,000 employees. You will work with HR, Finance and our outsourced payroll provider to deliver accurate, timely payroll and pension services, while driving continuous improvement and modernisation of processes.

The role offers hybrid working with two days from home and three on site, and involves managing changes and stakeholder engagement across a large education trust.
