Payroll & Pensions Specialist - Healthcare

Phoenix Hospital Group is seeking an experienced Payroll and Pensions Officer to join our finance team. You will ensure accurate payroll processing and pension administration across the organisation, liaising with HR, employees and our outsourced provider to meet deadlines.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage PAYE, NI, RTI, GDPR compliance and year-end activities, maintain confidential employee records, and contribute to improving payroll processes and controls across our multi-site operation.
