We've been asked to recruit a Payroll & HR Advisor for a company based in Loughborough.
This is a full-time role with hybrid working The company also offers career development and staff discounts.
You'll play a key part in ensuring people are paid accurately and supported throughout their employment lifecycle.
What they need is someone who has experience of full end-to-end payroll as well as knowledge of HR & Payroll legislation.
You will need to have your own transport as you'll occasionally need to travel to the company's other sites in North West Leicestershire.
Below is an overview of what you'll be doing
- Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Process changes to hours, pay, and deductions
- Respond to payroll queries from colleagues professionally and confidentially
- Provide Payroll administrative support
- Support onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems
