Payroll & Benefits Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Heat Merchants is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our Finance team. The role covers end-to-end payroll processing for 340+ employees nationwide and benefits administration, in collaboration with HR and external providers.

You will ensure compliance, accuracy and timely payroll operations while supporting time and attendance systems and responding to payroll queries.
