Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Hybrid, Flexible Hours

The Niche Partnership is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Advisor for a short-term, hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end payroll, RTI and HMRC compliance, and pension auto-enrolment while delivering excellent service to employees and managers.

You will work with a friendly team, flexible hours (22.5+ per week), and benefit from a modern, hybrid setup with free parking across Eastleigh and Bournemouth sites.
