• Payroll Administration
• Audit HRIS to ensure all employee lifecycle changes and necessary data are recorded in timely fashion ahead of payroll cut-off
• Liaise with Havas Shared Services centre to communicate monthly employee updates for payroll and address any relevant enquiries
• Check and reconcile payroll data against HRIS and monthly updates
• Be a front facing contact for all employees on payroll & tax queries
• Benefits Administration
• Act as first point of contact with employees to manage questions and queries about employee benefits
• Maintain relationships with external benefit providers
• Maintain membership of all benefit platforms, ensuring these are kept up to date
• Support in communication and promotion of employee benefits throughout the year
• General administration
• Keep all e-files up to date
• Ensure all data is managed and maintained in accordance with GDPR
Requirements
- Excel skills (data validation, basic formulae like vlookup/if/match)
- Ability to prepare manual payroll calculations (for example statutory leave payment schedules) in Excel
- Support to the wider HR team and business, with intermediate Excel and Word skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Compelling and concise communicator - persuasive and confident in communication
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work within a confidential environment
