Payroll & Benefits Leader, UK & Ireland (Hybrid)

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead the UK payroll function from One Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, in a hybrid role (3 days on-site). You will oversee payroll cycles, manage Concur expenses, and partner with Finance, HR, and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You bring significant UK payroll experience, HMRC knowledge, and a CIPP or equivalent qualification, plus strong Excel and analytical skills.
