Payroll & Benefits Consultant/Manager required by large Investment Management Company, based in London (FLEX WORK FROM HOME AND OFFICE) to provide expert support and advice to the business with payroll and benefits packages across EMEA. Support HR and Finance teams regarding remuneration, benefits, year end compensation reviews, reconciliations and employee tax matters.
Skills/Knowledge required
- Financial Services exp
- International pensions experience (ideally EMEA, APAC a plus)
- Senior (Foundational work - roll up their sleeves and get on without too much direction)
- Excel skills
- Project Management Skills
- Presentation skills
- Some exposure to Risk - TPRM (only nice to have)
Required Competencies
- Strong sense of teamwork.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships locally & virtually.
