Payroll & Accounts Clerk

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a successful, multi-entity business based in County Tyrone to recruit a Payroll & Accounts Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role

As the successful Payroll & Accounts Clerk, key responsibilities will include:

Processing weekly, end-to-end payroll for a large employee baseManaging payroll queries and acting as a point of contact for staffProcessing timesheets and ensuring payroll accuracy and deadlines are metSupporting with additional finance duties including invoice processing and supplier reconciliations

What you need to succeed

Previous end-to-end payroll experience within a busy environmentStrong knowledge of payroll processes including statutory payments and holidaysExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsExperience with Sage Payroll would be advantageous
