The OpportunityWe are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our HR team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.

Key DutiesThe Payroll Analyst is a varied and wide ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities- Process end to end payroll (semi monthly/monthly), ensuring accuracy across earnings, deductions, and adjustments
- Manage off cycle payments, terminations, and payroll corrections
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements
- Review and reconcile payroll reports (gross to net) and meet all payroll deadlines
- Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies and trends
- Prepare reports for Finance, HR, and Management
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain payroll data in HRIS (Workday experience an advantage)
- Support system updates, testing, and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to tax, employment laws, and internal controls, including year end processing
- Ensure that any queries/requests related to Payroll will be addressed in a professional and timely manner. Resolve payroll related queries, issues, and disputes.
- Advise HR and managers on payroll policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- 2 - 4 years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll/HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, SAP, Dayforce, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in managing payroll for multiple countries preferably Ireland, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and Netherlands.
