Job Title: Payroll Adviser

Location: Blackburn (hybrid)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

What you will be doing:

• Calculating and processing net pay for each employee on a client's payroll.
• Collecting and entering high volumes of payroll data supplied by clients.
• Ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and timely, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Liaising with clients regarding amounts due to HMRC.
• Producing transmission via BACS on the relevant dates, ensuring correct bank details are in place.
• Reporting payroll figures to produce all relevant month and year end reports for each client.
• Assisting with transmission to HMRC, including P45, P46, FPS and EPS returns.
• Having an awareness of CIS, the deadlines and responsibilities required.

What you will need:

• Minimum 2 years experience within a Payroll Bureau/Practice.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
