Patient Transfer Call Center Specialist (Part-Time)

Voyago in London, Ontario is hiring two part-time Customer Service Specialists for our Logistics Centre. You will report to the Call Centre Supervisor, handling calls to book trips for the non-emergency Patient Transfer Division in a fast-paced setting.

Primary duties include coordinating bookings, arranging customer communications, processing orders, and ensuring accurate fares. Open afternoon/evening/weekend availability is required and beneficial for shifts.
