Patient Care Navigator & Front Desk Specialist

Dr Khan & Partners is seeking a part-time or full-time medical receptionist/care navigator to join a busy NHS practice. The role covers two surgeries within Westbourne Green Health Centre and requires flexible hours to cover holidays and sickness.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-organised, with strong telephone and interpersonal skills, and able to multitask under pressure while maintaining patient confidentiality. Training provided, prior NHS experience advantageous.
