Patient Care Navigator & Front Desk Specialist

The NHS is seeking a part-time Care Navigator to assist in the smooth running of Overton Park Surgery in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for patient welfare.

You will be responsible for greeting patients, managing telephone inquiries, and processing prescriptions. This role requires working both independently and as part of a team in a healthcare setting.

The position offers £12.98 per hour, increasing to £13.43 upon completion of probation.
