Pastry Sous Chef - Busy London Bakery, 43h, No Evenings

Navolio-Limited-Off-to-Work in Central London is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join a busy bakery team on a 43-hour contract. You will work early starts (4am) with a latest finish around 7pm, so no late nights.

The role involves producing 1,000+ items daily across desserts, patisseries and bakery lines. Reporting into the Head Pastry Chef and supporting junior pastry chefs, you should be calm under pressure and have strong pastry fundamentals.
