To complete our team, we are looking for a: Chef de Partie Pâtisserie (M/F) Location: Lausanne Type of employment: Permanent contract Responsibilities Under the direction of the Pastry Manager, you will ensure the design, production, and presentation of exceptional gastronomic desserts, in accordance with the standards of a two-starred restaurant within a palace. You will participate in the setup of the pastry section and ensure a precise and consistent execution of tasks. You will contribute to the coordination of service to guarantee a smooth and perfectly synchronized service pace. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to provide a refined and coherent customer experience. You will rigorously apply hygiene, food safety, and management standards. You will participate in the training and support of pastry team members in developing their skills. You will contribute to the creation and evolution of desserts in line with the gastronomic identity and culinary philosophy of the establishment. You will ensure the proper maintenance of the area and maintain an organized and immaculate working environment. Desired Profile You have experience in gastronomic pastry acquired in Michelin-starred restaurants or luxury hotels. You master advanced pastry techniques with precision, as well as the art of plating desserts. You have excellent adaptability and can operate effectively in a dynamic environment. You are known for your meticulousness and attention to detail. You demonstrate dynamism, passion, and a genuine esprit de corps. You embody the elegance, refinement, and demands characteristic of a palace and a two-starred table.
