What You'll Be Doing:- Delivering pastoral check-ins and SEMH mentoring sessions
- Supporting pupils struggling with emotional or social challenges
- Working closely with the SENCo, safeguarding leads, and class teachers
- Promoting positive relationships and emotional well-being
- Contributing to a caring and inclusive school culture
- A caring, approachable individual with a passion for pupil welfare
- Someone with strong listening and interpersonal skills
- A future teacher, counsellor, or pastoral professional
