Pastoral & Learning Support Mentor

Bridge Academy Trust, located in Braintree, is seeking a dedicated individual to support pupils facing challenges in their education. The role involves facilitating engagement in lessons and contributing to both academic and pastoral progress.

The successful candidate will be committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare. The position offers a permanent contract with 30 hours per week during term time, starting from 1st September 2026.
