Job Description
  • Provide support to the General Parts Manager in day to day operations.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Drive parts sales growth across both retail and workshop customer bases.
  • Communicate regularly with Parts sales Manager & OSS teams to develop sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee process management to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Manage stock levels effectively to meet demand and reduce shortages.
  • Monitor and control purchasing activities within budgetary guidelines.
  • Track and review KPI reports, performance and follow up on action items.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
  • Provide expert product advice and guidance to customers and colleagues.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Purchase and manage departmental inventory to support business needs & growth.

Hours of work:Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, start times to be discussed at interview stage

The Requirements:

  • Self motivated with a proactive, sales focused and can-do attitude,
  • Previous experience within a Senior Parts Role
  • Ability to adapt and embrace new processes & dealer programmes
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with Keyloop/ CDK systems is desirable
  • Keen interest and knowledge of the motor industry
  • Full clean driving licence.
