Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: OTE £33,834 . £29,444 basic + bonus up to £3,000
Working hours: 44 hours per week (between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon to Fri, plus Saturday morning 9am 1pm on rota basis)
Join our diverse and dynamic team at Belfast Nissan as a Parts Advisor and kick start your automotive career. In this critical role you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the telephone, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to upsell parts and accessories while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Receive all parts orders, interpret customer requirements, and advise on additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and informing customers of any items that are not stocked or need ordering.
- Create customer orders for dispatch as required, ensuring they match the customer order and highlighting any shortages.
- Ensure that all orders taken are fully completed, invoiced and dispatched as scheduled, keeping the customer fully informed of progress or any problems.
- Maintain Brand image and customer service standards within the department.
- Deal with customer complaints promptly and effectively, referring unresolved problems to the Manager.
- Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
You will be a real go getter with strong industry knowledge and demonstrable sales or telesales experience. It would be beneficial if you have automotive product expertise and a good technical understanding of automotive maintenance. Previous experience as a Parts Telesales Representative for a dealership is preferred but not essential.
You must be a natural communicator with an excellent telephone manner, adept at negotiating, persuading and influencing key stakeholders. You should be commercially astute and results driven.
