Our Parts Advisors are key to the smooth running of our Dealership. They are the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, so it's vital they provide a welcoming experience. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, upselling parts and accessories, and liaising with all dealership departments.
