Salary: £33,575 per annum
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday, either 7:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm (with 1-hour unpaid lunch), plus Saturday mornings 8:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis.

We are currently looking for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy and successful automotive operation in Avonmouth.

You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts at the right time while helping to drive sales growth and maintain excellent service standards.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer parts enquiries, processing orders efficiently, and supporting both internal workshop teams and external customers.

Your duties will include:

• Handling incoming parts enquiries and orders
• Identifying customer requirements and providing expert advice
• Checking stock availability and sourcing non-stock items when required
• Picking and allocating parts for workshop technicians
• Updating customers on backorders and delivery times
• Building relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities
• Maximising sales through upselling and promotional campaigns
• Managing key customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensuring all orders are accurately processed, invoiced, and dispatched
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor, Parts Sales, Automotive Parts, or Motor Trade role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment
• A proactive and positive approach to sales and customer relationships
• Good IT and administration skills
• A team player who is committed to delivering excellent service.
