Global brand partnerships are a key aspect of Soho House, enhancing member experience through exclusive events, content, and curated offerings across our locations.
The Partnerships and Events team manages these initiatives, explores new partnership opportunities, and supports the launch of new Houses and major events. They also seek out new global partners to collaborate with.
Our partnerships add value by increasing member retention and attracting new members, setting us apart in the industry with unique experiences.
Local teams should focus on building relationships with local brands and organizing local events, with the global team providing guidance on exclusivities, negotiations, templates, and budgets.
The RoleWe seek a calm, confident, and charismatic individual who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A passion for trends and the creative industries-film, design, fashion-is essential.
Main Duties- Manage end-to-end projects for Brand Partnerships, ensuring contractual and brand alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and internal teams.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to plan and review activities.
- Identify new growth opportunities within partnerships.
- Coordinate with Content, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners.
- Develop expertise in all Soho House sites and member needs.
- Support administrative tasks, tracking, reporting, and hospitality requests.
- Assist with financial and legal aspects like contracts and invoicing.
- Track and compile all brand communications and content.
- Prepare monthly reports for partnerships.
- Manage P&L for assigned partnerships.
- Visit sites, attend events, and host partners as needed.
- Propose ideas and trends, and explore new opportunities.
- Over 6 years of experience in agency, in-house, or freelance marketing, with a focus on partnerships or sponsorships.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
- Proven ability to develop productive relationships with agencies, brands, clients, and suppliers.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in event curation and production.
- Budget management experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Language skills are a plus but not required.
