Partner Success and Onboarding Specialist - UK & Ireland

At Playtomic we are looking for a candidate with an almost native level of English and experience communicating with B2B clients (experience managing Onboardings is a plus). The ideal person should be process driven, persuasive, and well-organized.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process onboarding referrals and trainings.
• Contact each club within one working day using the approved onboarding email or message.
• Track the club's progress throughout the onboarding process.
• Conduct follow up and organize online meetings to assist clubs in completing their onboarding checklist.
• Schedule and deliver training sessions for new clubs before their go live date.
• Post Onboarding Responsibilities (Longtail Clubs):
• Provide additional 1:1 training sessions as needed.
• Organize, invite clubs to, and deliver monthly webinars to present newly released features.
• Analyze long tail club activity and behavior.
• Manage retention and engagement initiatives based on policy and data analysis.

Who you'll be playing with

You'll be working closely with the Regional Manager and part of a wider team of Partner Success Specialists.

Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B Partner Success or Customer Care experience; experience managing onboardings highly valued.
• Close to native English proficiency.
• Tech savvy: experience with Hubspot, other CRMs, and expertise in Google Sheets.
• Detail oriented, high quality delivery focus.
• Problem solver, highly organized, decisive.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth, high performance organization.
• Proactive, quick witted, self starter with an appetite to learn.
• Experience in the padel/tennis industry.
