IF YOU ARE
  • Experienced with 7+ years in partner management, technology sales, business development, or consulting and professional services
  • Knowledgeable in foundational enterprise technologies, including cloud, compute, data, database, and visualization
  • Qualified with advanced external partner certificates relevant to the role or multiple partner certifications
  • Educated with a degree
  • Insightful with a deep understanding of business challenges
  • Skilled in public cloud technologies and relevant platforms
  • Strong in building and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experienced with Google Cloud, with proven success leading GTM initiatives aligned with Google Cloud Platform
  • Comfortable transitioning between detailed and executive perspectives, maintaining consistency across both
  • Familiar with services across business development and delivery functions within complex, highly matrixed professional services organizations
  • Connected with senior-level executives
  • Qualified with a master's degree (would be a plus)
  • Holding one or more formal certifications from major cloud hyperscalers (as an advantage)
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Create partner-qualified pipelines, converting leads to opportunities, and qualifying them
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners building SoftServe branding, fostering seller-to-seller relationships, and maintaining partnership status at the local/regional level
  • Drive consistency in funding and generating more business through it
  • Serve as a partnership SME to SoftServe's sales teams and supporting resources
  • Introduce deals to AE/CP/CE for collaborative sales effort
  • Contribute to integrated close plans across SoftServe & vendor partner teams
  • Partner co-sell best practices training and enablement in support of management and growth of joint accounts (i.e., portfolio expansion)
  • Drive targets based on territory and industry (Pipeline, booking, billing)
  • Convert Qualified Partner Leads (PQLs) to Partner Opportunities
  • Qualify opportunities for focused demand
  • Oversee partner channel lead and pipeline qualification, and injection
  • Maintain or increase Partnership status by working closely with Alliance Development Managers and the Partner Operations team
  • Develop Local Partnership Plans in alignment with SoftServe account plans
