Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Partner Sales Representative for an assignment supporting one of our global sportswear clients, operating across the EMEA region.
This role sits within the Wholesale Partner Sales organization and focuses on managing a strategic kids product partnership. You will be responsible for end-to-end commercial ownership, from forecasting and sell-in to order execution and performance management.
This is a hands-on commercial role, combining sales operations, account management, and strategic planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure strong partner execution and business results.
Role OverviewAs a Partner Sales Representative, you will manage the commercial relationship and operational delivery of a kids product portfolio across wholesale partners in EMEA. You will operate at the intersection of sales strategy and execution, translating consumer and category insights into forecasts, assortments, and clean order flows.
The role requires balancing day-to-day sales operations with a forward-looking, strategic mindset, ensuring partners receive the right products at the right time while delivering against business targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan wholesale distribution using category, consumer, partner, and marketplace insights
- Own forecasting, scenario planning, and hindsight analysis for assigned accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales operations, from order entry through call-offs and delivery execution
- Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain teams during sell-in cycles
- Co-own the partner sell-in experience, ensuring clear storytelling, assortments, and execution
- Monitor, analyze, and report business KPIs and performance metrics
- Identify risks and opportunities in demand, supply, and partner performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Balance operational excellence with strategic business planning
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in Partner Sales, Wholesale Sales, or Account Management
- Strong forecasting, planning, and assortment ownership capabilities
- Background in Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, or Merchandising
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex operations while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working in cross-functional, international environments
