We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused professional to join our team as Partner Manager, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of publisher partners in the UK market. You will play a key role in strengthening partner relationships, driving revenue opportunities, and ensuring excellent operational delivery. Working closely with international and cross-functional teams, you will help translate broader business priorities into strong local execution.
What will you do?- Partner Management & Growth: Manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of publisher accounts in the UK market, building strong long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Operations & Strategy: Own the operational and strategic management of your portfolio, including technical setup, monitoring, analysis, upselling, and retention, to deliver strong results for both the business and partners.
- Onboarding & Optimisation: Partner closely with the Business Development team to support the onboarding of new publishers and proactively identify optimisation opportunities across existing inventory.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including Product, R&D, and Operations to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall partner performance.
- Product Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of the company's solutions and offerings in order to recommend the most relevant opportunities for each partner.
- Renewals & Commercial Support: Support the Business Development team during renewal discussions, contract amendments, and other commercial conversations with partners.
- Your skills and experiences:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related industry, ideally in a client management, account management, or partner management role.
- Commercial & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to monitor performance, identify trends, and present key insights and KPIs in a clear and actionable way.
- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the UK digital media landscape and publisher ecosystem.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting data and translating performance trends into strategic recommendations.
- Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn technical aspects of the platform and use this knowledge to support partners effectively.
- Soft Skills: Autonomous, proactive, and highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
