We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused professional to join our team as Partner Manager, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of publisher partners in the UK market. You will play a key role in strengthening partner relationships, driving revenue opportunities, and ensuring excellent operational delivery. Working closely with international and cross-functional teams, you will help translate broader business priorities into strong local execution.

What will you do?
  • Partner Management & Growth: Manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of publisher accounts in the UK market, building strong long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Operations & Strategy: Own the operational and strategic management of your portfolio, including technical setup, monitoring, analysis, upselling, and retention, to deliver strong results for both the business and partners.
  • Onboarding & Optimisation: Partner closely with the Business Development team to support the onboarding of new publishers and proactively identify optimisation opportunities across existing inventory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including Product, R&D, and Operations to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall partner performance.
  • Product Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of the company's solutions and offerings in order to recommend the most relevant opportunities for each partner.
  • Renewals & Commercial Support: Support the Business Development team during renewal discussions, contract amendments, and other commercial conversations with partners.
What will you bring to the team?
  • Your skills and experiences:
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related industry, ideally in a client management, account management, or partner management role.
    • Commercial & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to monitor performance, identify trends, and present key insights and KPIs in a clear and actionable way.
    • Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the UK digital media landscape and publisher ecosystem.
    • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting data and translating performance trends into strategic recommendations.
    • Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn technical aspects of the platform and use this knowledge to support partners effectively.
    • Soft Skills: Autonomous, proactive, and highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
    • Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • You connect with our values:
    • Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
    • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren't 100% clear.
    • Obsess About Outcomes: You're outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
    • Evolve Through Change: You're adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
    • Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it's our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.
