What you'll doAs a Partner Manager, you will combine exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to interpret and apply consumer insights to provide long-term strategic loyalty solutions to our partners. You will develop annual joint business plans with partners and lead the execution to deliver on key workstreams. Overseeing multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously, you will ensure they deliver measurable commercial benefits against joint business plan objectives. You will engage with the right stakeholders to provide effective solutions and interpret data insights to inform client solutions, delivering these insights back to partners clearly. Working closely with the Insight Manager, you will ensure alignment and consistently drive value from partnerships. Financial accountability is key, as you will manage multi-million-pound annual budgets and regular forecasts for partner organizations. You will foresee and plan revenue impacts, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively identify incremental revenue opportunities. Supporting the Group Partner Director and Partner Director, you will be involved in partner contract renegotiations to drive additional engagement and growth. You will own and develop all aspects of running the account, managing internal and external stakeholders, and leading monthly meetings and quarterly reviews with senior stakeholders. Building strong relationships with partner contacts, you will develop a good understanding of their business, strategies, and objectives to optimize engagement and revenue opportunities. You will also have line management responsibility for one fully-resourced Partner Executive and mentor junior members of the Partnerships team.
Who you areWe are looking for someone with experience in marketing, loyalty, and customer relationship management, preferably within a client account role. Knowledge within consumer loyalty or retail and experience executing CRM or data-driven marketing activities are essential. You should have previous ownership of financial targets and experience in budgeting and forecasting. Effective problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset are crucial. You should have a solid track record of engaging and managing key stakeholders both internally and externally, with strong project management abilities and attention to detail. Line management experience is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. You should be naturally interested in understanding customers, their behaviors, and how we can influence them.

- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and the drive to make things happen
- Previous ownership of financial targets/experience of budgeting/ forecasting
