Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Agent for the German market to join the team in Dublin, Ireland .In close collaboration with Evaneos, you will be responsible for handling travelers' requests via the platform, creating personalized itineraries, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the customer journey.This role combines sales, creativity, and customer care - perfect for someone who loves travel, culture, and personalized experiences. Your main missions Sales & customer support Advise travelers and design tailor-made trips for the German-speaking market through the Evaneos platform. Communicate with travelers via phone and email, offering personalized and attentive service. Identify travelers' needs and craft customized itineraries aligned with their interests and budgets. Guide travelers from the first contact until their return home, ensuring an exceptional experience. Operations & follow-up Prepare and validate quotations, manage bookings and billing. Coordinate with local partners and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of each trip. Handle possible modifications, cancellations, or complaints in a professional and empathetic way. Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement and traveler loyalty. Responsible travel Promote responsible tourism practices in line with Evaneos' values. Support sustainable and community-based initiatives within the destinations. Help travelers discover Ireland and the UK in an authentic, respectful, and eco-conscious way. Team spirit, autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude. Creativity and genuine interest in Ireland and the UK as travel destinations. Languages required German - Native or C1 English - Professional working level Bonus skills Knowledge of the Evaneos platform or tailor-made travel industry. Previous experience in a DMC or incoming travel agency. Familiarity with Irish or British culture.
