As a Partner - Sustainability Advisory, you will be empowered to:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide a world-class team to deliver innovative sustainability strategies for clients in sectors ranging from Sustainable Finance and Energy Transition to Consumer Goods and Retail.
• Drive Growth: Build and scale a leading advisory practice, leveraging your expertise to secure new business and cultivate lasting client relationships.

We are looking for a proven strategy consulting leader with a demonstrable track record in delivering large-scale transformation programs. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through their sustainability journey.

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Remuneration: Competitive fixed salary of €160,000 - €230,000, complemented by a significant Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP), Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and comprehensive benefits.
