Part-Time Warranty Claims Specialist

Hendy Group in Portsmouth is seeking a part-time Warranty Administrator to join the team. You will process manufacturer warranty claims, including partial and goodwill claims, and submit to the central warranty department for invoicing.

You will carry out periodic self-audits using the manufacturer's system, ensure recalls are invoiced correctly, monitor warranty work in progress, and keep up-to-date with manufacturing guidelines. Some internal invoicing tasks may be required.
