The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Temporary Cooking Instruction Laboratory Specialist Cleaner. This role is essential in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our cooking instruction laboratory, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all participants.

Contract Duration: 10-12 Weeks
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: June 2025
Key Responsibilities Job Overview - Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces in the cooking instruction laboratory, including countertops, sinks, and cooking equipment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with laboratory protocols.
• Notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure the well-being of all laboratory users.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You Will:
Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role, preferably in a laboratory or kitchen environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.

You will be based at our Great Burgh office in KT18 5XT, Epsom, Surrey.
