The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a part time basis to support a Year 3 class. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, encourage pupil engagement, assist with classroom activities, and help create a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a classroom environment.
• Experience supporting primary aged pupils.
• A good understanding of classroom routines and expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach.
