Part-Time Store Team Leader (Bakery & Post Office)

Co-op is seeks a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store, lead a small team and ensure excellent service. The role covers opening/closing shifts, bakery/post office duties, and weekend work, with 16 hours per week plus overtime on a permanent, part-time contract.

You will help stock shelves, support sales, and promote Co-op membership while building community links and delivering a friendly customer experience.
