Part-Time Store Team Leader - Lead & Motivate Shifts

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Newcastle upon Tyne to manage a small team, run day-to-day store operations, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy community store.

You'll work a 16-hour week with regular overtime on a permanent, part-time contract, including a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts. You'll also support post office/bakery operations and customer services as needed.
